Job Description
•Align the dispatching with the orders preparation timelines
• Assign tasks to the drivers, ensuring the right distribution per routing.
• Review the invoices versus the prepared orders in the presence of the driver to confirm correctness.
• Provide guidance and training to drivers & helpers on how to efficiently load the orders from the warehouse (First Out Last In) and to unload at the client’s sites.
• Ensure all drivers & helpers follow safety protocols and proper handling of items.
• Ensure that final packs mention the name of the client + location for dispatch in a timely manner.
• Monitor progress to ensure orders are loaded within the established timeframes.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the loading process, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with the Picking Packing and Dispatching Supervisor to report on progress, delays, and issues.
• Fill the daily assignments and provide updates on any challenges or resources that might affect the accomplishment of dispatches.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the working area
