As the Warehouse Officer at Complete Farmer, you will play a vital role in overseeing our warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient management of inventory and logistics. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the agriculture or logistics industryPrevious experience in the agriculture or agritech industry Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillmentDevelop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errorsMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet operational needsConduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies as neededLead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as neededFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse teamCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, shipping, and receivingWork closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goodsEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsConduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazardsImplement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of products and shipmentsMonitor product quality and address any quality issues in collaboration with relevant teamsEnsure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systemsSchedule routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiencyGenerate regular reports on warehouse performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and labor productivityAnalyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings Preferred skills
