Warehouse / Operation Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist loading and unloading of merchandise.
• Receive incoming shipment, checking condition and quality, display to correct location.
• Check and verify any dented/damaged stock during receiving / in warehouse, repacking and keep.
• Acknowledgement of load, shipment tracking and updates to consignee once out from origin, transshipment to airport/seaport till delivered to consignee door.
• Send pre-advice and pre-alert to consignee.
• Prepare / pick products for delivery purposes.
• Coordinate timely pickup and delivery of cargos.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Knowledge / Skills Required

• Possess at least SPM/STPM/diploma across any disciplines.
• Basic knowledge in computer software packages.
• Able to follow warehouse SOPs, safety rules, and company policies strictly.
