Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operations Executive for our New Delhi(Dwarka) location. This is a full-time junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in overseeing logistics and warehouse management to ensure efficient operations within our dynamic HR and advisory firm.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 1-3 years in warehouse operations, with proficiency in supply chain management principles.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems for effective inventory control and logistics management.
• Strong data analysis skills to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Microsoft Excel for Logistics (Mandatory skill): Expertise in using Excel for analyzing and reporting logistics data.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Mandatory skill): Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
• MIS Reports (Mandatory skill): Competent in preparing and maintaining MIS reports for warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and addressing any logistics-related queries effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely logistics processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels and manage supply chain operations.
• Monitor the performance of warehouse systems and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain periodic reports on warehouse operations for internal review and management purposes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the warehouse environment.
• Identify and resolve any logistical issues, aiming for minimal disruption and smooth operational flow.
• Support implementation of warehouse management systems and best practices to enhance operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse processes and achieve organizational goals.
