Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our multi-location warehouse operations from our corporate office in St. Louis. This role will report directly to the VP of Finance and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and the implementation of best practices across all warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise with a keen understanding of how warehouse performance impacts financial results.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Management & Reconciliation

Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts across all locations

Lead monthly/quarterly inventory reconciliation processes and variance analysis

Implement controls to minimize shrinkage, loss, and waste

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory metrics to finance team
