Responsibilities:

We are seeking for an experienced and strategic Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations, coordination, and transportation activities. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing end-to-end logistics processes while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This position operates in a warehouse and office environment. The role requires regular presence on the warehouse floor and involves coordination across multiple operational areas.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse staff to ensure continuous professional development and growth
  • Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and teamwork within the warehouse operations

    • Logistics and Warehouse Operations Supervision

  • Plan, manage, and optimize warehouse logistics operations, including last-mile delivery, transportation, picking, and packaging processes
  • Direct and coordinate end-to-end logistics traceability to ensure seamless operations
  • Oversee and supervise test sample deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
  • Ensure all logistic tasks are executed in accordance with established planning schedules and company policies
  • Ensure proper execution and quality control of all loading and unloading processes
  • Monitor operational efficiency and implement corrective measures as needed

    • Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and process efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse-related inquiries and coordination
  • Engage in collaborative activities with internal and external customers to align logistics operations with organizational objectives
  • Support organizational goals through effective interdepartmental coordination

    • Strategic Planning and Optimization

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse management
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the complete logistics cycle from receipt to delivery

    • Problem Resolution and Customer Service

  • Address and resolve operational problems, delays, or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures

    • Facility and Resource Management

  • Organize and manage parking lot operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow and space utilization
  • Ensure strict compliance with warehouse safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices

    • Qualifications

    Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

    • Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards Hazardous goods experience / knowledge (the person will manage cars with lithium batteries and/or full electrical vehicles)
  • Knowledge in data analysis and performance metrics tools

    • Languages:

  • Fluent English is a must and German is highly valuate
