Responsibilities:
We are seeking for an experienced and strategic Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations, coordination, and transportation activities. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing end-to-end logistics processes while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
This position operates in a warehouse and office environment. The role requires regular presence on the warehouse floor and involves coordination across multiple operational areas.
Leadership and Team Development
Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse staff to ensure continuous professional development and growthFoster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and teamwork within the warehouse operationsLogistics and Warehouse Operations Supervision
Plan, manage, and optimize warehouse logistics operations, including last-mile delivery, transportation, picking, and packaging processesDirect and coordinate end-to-end logistics traceability to ensure seamless operationsOversee and supervise test sample deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distributionEnsure all logistic tasks are executed in accordance with established planning schedules and company policiesEnsure proper execution and quality control of all loading and unloading processesMonitor operational efficiency and implement corrective measures as neededCross-Functional Communication and Collaboration
Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and process efficiencyServe as the primary point of contact for warehouse-related inquiries and coordinationEngage in collaborative activities with internal and external customers to align logistics operations with organizational objectivesSupport organizational goals through effective interdepartmental coordinationStrategic Planning and Optimization
Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse managementContinuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimizationDirect, optimize, and coordinate the complete logistics cycle from receipt to deliveryProblem Resolution and Customer Service
Address and resolve operational problems, delays, or customer complaints in a timely and professional mannerProactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measuresFacility and Resource Management
Organize and manage parking lot operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow and space utilizationEnsure strict compliance with warehouse safety standards, regulations, and industry best practicesQualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience:
2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operationsProven leadership and team management experienceStrong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics softwareExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesThorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards Hazardous goods experience / knowledge (the person will manage cars with lithium batteries and/or full electrical vehicles)Knowledge in data analysis and performance metrics toolsLanguages:
