Randstad Operational is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join a leading team in the food and beverage distribution industry in Brampton. Responsibilities

  • Own the Saturday to Monday (6 AM – 6 PM) shift and report to the site Operations Manager.
  • Manage operational performance and execution of the warehouse, coordinating receiving, order-filling, and shipping for maximum efficiency.
  • Lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced cooler environment; mentor and develop direct reports.
  • Champion Active Leadership: research client policies, implement continuous improvement initiatives (People/Process/Technology), and foster a culture of respect, trust, and open communication.
