The role:
To work alongside colleagues in achieving all targets To update and record all production records as required To ensure health & safety measures are followed at all times To be aware of all company quality standards, to remove all defective items To assist in other production areas, if necessary, supporting colleagues and maintaining a great team working environment To inform management of any changes or issues regarding the production schedule To participate in training, pre-shift meetings, and quality audits The person:
