Kenect Recruitment is hiring Warehouse Operatives in Burton and the surrounding areas!

We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals with a can-do attitude to work as Warehouse Operatives.

Afternoons: Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm / Nights: Sun-Thurs 10pm-6:30am shifts are available to suit YOUR availability – choose from mornings, afternoons or nights, or a mix of them all on a rotation!


Location: Burton on Trent


Role responsibilities:

  • Moving and sorting packages in a busy warehouse environment.

  • Lifting, up to 25kg.

  • Packaging and dispatching customers’ orders.

  • Conducting general warehouse duties such as replenishing stock within the warehouse and palletising items.

  • Display excellent communication skills, speed and accuracy.

  • Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
