Job Purpose


While interfacing with our customers and sales team, the Warehouse Employee owns a customer order from start to finish and can escalate concerns as required. Also, the employee plays a big role in managing inventory for the facility that they work in. All work must be performed respecting Health and Safety Guidelines.

Total Compensation

  • Starting wage: $24.00 to $26.00/hour

  • Annual Short-Term Incentive Bonus: 4% of salary, based on company and individual performance

  • Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of vacation, 5 personal/sick days, and 2 floater days (allocated at the company’s discretion)
