Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
Depot: LWC Leyland
Main Duties
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the purpose of the picker packer will be to complete tasks which assist the day to day running of the delivery operations for the following day, ensuring all customers orders are picked correctly, stacked correctly and wrapped in a professional manner picking from 1500 different products ranging from kegs to packaged beers to wines and spirits. Manual handling is involved.
Key Skills
• Adhering to good practice within the warehouse;
• Responsible for correctly picking orders and placing in the correct areas for deliveries;
• Reporting stock issues to supervisory or stock control team;
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times;
• Wear the correct equipment for your job when on site, for example, safety boots, gloves, the correct high visibility vest;
