Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to support warehouse operations within the Put to Store (PTS) areas. This role focuses on frontline leadership, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and team development. The Shift Lead works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining consistent operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform General Labor (GL) duties for approximately 70% of the shift , while leading the team on the floor
- Lead and work alongside associates in the Put to Store (PTS) areas to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide coaching, training, and safety observations to ensure adherence to policies and best practices
- Conduct performance check-ins with the Operations Manager at least twice per shift
