Job Description

Job Purpose

To support daily warehouse operations and shipping activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely dispatch of finished goods, compliance with export documentation requirements, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in glove manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Assist in managing receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP system.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and support monthly stock takes.
  • Ensure proper labeling, palletizing, and storage of gloves according to batch, lot, and FIFO/FEFO requirements.
  • Coordinate with Production and QA teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.

  • Prepare shipping documents including Delivery Orders (DO), Packing List...
