Warehouse Specialist Position Summary The Inventory, Shipping & Warehouse Specialist is responsible for receiving, organizing, maintaining, and auditing inventory across the warehouse while supporting timely, accurate shipping and receiving operations.

This role supports eCommerce, operations, and warehouse efficiency by helping manage inventory flow, pallet racking, shipping execution, and cross-departmental support as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Pack and ship all outgoing orders within 24 hours Review and select the most cost-effective shipping methods Ensure all items are properly packaged to prevent damage Receive, label, and organize incoming freight Verify packing slips for pallets and gaylord boxes prior to photographing or processing Accept, process, and relist returned inventory Deliver orders to local clients as needed Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations Perform ongoing and scheduled...
