Warehouse Sr. Manager

The Warehouse Manager is accountable for evaluating performance and implementing new ways of working, routing, equipment, etc., that lead to higher throughput. Will develop and lead strategic initiatives which deliver cost reduction, higher service levels, and greater logistics flexibility and capacity. Will also determine the most cost‑effective ways to operate the warehouse without compromising the service level to customers and production lines.

• Lead all efforts focused on Storage & Handling to improve Service, Security & Quality, Cost and Capacity.
• Work with Customer Service, Manufacturing & SC Excellence to understand customer needs and translate that into action plans.
• Collaborate with Security & Manufacturing to ensure all operations within the factory comply with MARS standards and that suppliers understand internal policies for raw materials and packs.
