Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor at Buffalo Trace Distillery supervises union employees in the safe, efficient and successful operation of the aging warehouse department. Responsibilities may include leading union employees to achieve high quality, cost effective production in a safe and well-maintained facility; leveraging skills and resources, and wisely managing assets, all within an environment of continuous improvement. This position may oversee functions such as entry, transfer, storage and dumping; support continuous improvement efforts while maintaining systems; develop employees and provide constructive feedback in order to achieve growth and skill development; manage daily operation of with a team of up to 20 employees; documenting activities according to standards set by Federal, State, Local Agencies and company policy while maintaining the highest standards of world-class customer service.
