Description:
Methode Electronics is looking for a highly technical, hands-on, and motivated Warehouse Supervisor focus on the inventory sequence, assigning the necessary resources to finish in the required time according to the production standards, with the quality required by our clients and at the cost established by the organization. All these instructions, respecting procedures, work, quality plans and ensuring that workers have the necessary resources (machines, tools, safety equipment, training, etc.). This position supports all assembly, manufacturing and planning areas at our Monterrey area plants with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Position Responsibilities:
Manage production staff, to achieve established programs.
Define strategy to follow daily to comply with the warehouse sequence.
Make the payroll of all the personnel in your charge, to ensure their adequate remuneration.
