As a Shift Supervisor you will support the Shift Manager in the management in order to motivate the team, ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety are monitored, all Company policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to and that all product is picked and dispatched to the highest standard in line with or exceeding KPI’s.

Key Duties of a Warehouse Shift Supervisor:

  • Manage and motivate the shift team ensuring that productivity and service KPI’s are achieved or exceeded.
  • To monitor and promote good working practices conforming to all Health and Safety law and IPS SOP’s.
  • Manage Goods Inwards area to ensure that receipts are made quickly and without damaging goods so that stock is available to satisfy production and orders.
  • Manage outbound picking and loading to ensure load are ready on time for the collection.
