About the role
The role holder is responsible for end‑to‑end e‑commerce order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders from picking to handover to last‑mile delivery partners. The role is accountable for order fulfillment performance, SLA adherence, order rejection management, quality compliance (QX), and team leadership, while managing a large warehouse workforce.
