Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Site

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor role involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise that deadlines are met.

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

  • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
