Hours and Rate of Pay
The Role
Supervise and support a team of warehouse operatives to ensure high productivity and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with logistics for packing and dispatch, ensuring compliance with picking lists.
Train, manage, and support new starters and temporary staff, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Adhering to Health & Safety processes and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
