Warehouse Supervisor – Forklift (Counterbalance / Bendi)
📍 Location: High Wycombe
💷 Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour
🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established industrial distribution business specialising in cable and electrical products. This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading a warehouse team while also remaining operational on the floor. Excellent long-term prospects are available following a successful 12-week temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily warehouse operations
Lead and motivate a small team of warehouse operatives
Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are met
Operate Counterbalance forklifts (essential) and Bendi / Narrow Aisle (preferred)
Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse organisation
Enforce health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards
