Job Description

Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, preparation and delivery of customer orders, and ensures all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage warehouse operations, space planning, inventory, storage, shipping and receiving processes;
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure collaborative, organized and efficient work;
  • Manage picking customer orders and ensure on-time deliveries and shipping of orders with a variety of couriers;
  • Ensure the warehouse and yard spaces are highly organized;
  • Ensure all health, safety, and security measures are followed;
  • Maintain accurate and organized warehouse records;
