Warehouse Supervisor – Ready Mix Concrete Company

Reports To: Accounting Manager, General Manager, and directly to the President

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee our warehouses across our four batching plants in Binan, Malvar, Silang, and Tuy. Familiarity with truck parts for transit mixers, pumpcretes, and dump trucks is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of warehouse personnel to ensure proper handling, storage, and retrieval, such that truck parts and other equipment are easily accessible and protected from damage or deterioration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Oversee the correct labeling and tagging of inventory for easy identification and traceability.
• Conduct routine inspections of warehouse inventory to identify any discrepancies.
