Foster Logistics is looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to our team This position is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of receipt, storage, retrieval and shipping of assigned customer's product. This position drives his/her assigned staff to achieve established Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environmental, and Morale goals. This position acts as a role model and demonstrates Company Core Values.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Requests and schedules resources as required to meet customer and corporate expectations.
- Establishes and maintains required training material and tools to achieve customer and corporate expectations.
- Creates a safe, friendly, and team-oriented work environment.
- Drives effective utilization of warehouse, material handling equipment, docks, yard, and manpower.
- Ensures job descriptions are accurate for all assigned roles.
