The Opportunity
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Ludvika Power Transformers Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
How you'll make an impact
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and meet operational targets.Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, stock checks, and addressing discrepancies.Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, performance management, and training.Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, drive automation, and implement best practices....
