Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise warehouse assistants in daily operations and provide backup coverage during staff absence.

Enforce discipline, attendance, and compliance with company rules and regulations.

Ensure compliance with SOP, HACCP, GMP, 5S, and safety requirements; report hazards and implement corrective actions for audit findings and non-conformities.

Manage inventory control activities including FIFO/FEFO compliance, non-conformance handling (RMA/DMR), daily counts, cycle counts, physical inventory, and slow-moving or obsolete stock monitoring.

Monitor forklift and warehouse facility maintenance, ensure daily checks are recorded, and report issues promptly.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safe working environment.

Maintain accurate records and submit timely operational reports to superior.

Conduct training and performance monitoring of warehouse assistants.

Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
