Job Description

An established, privately owned business based in Wolverhampton is seeking a Warehouse Leading Hand to act as deputy to the Warehouse Manager. The company is a long-standing specialist stockholder and distributor operating within the engineering sector.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offered initially on a 13-week Temp to Perm basis. It would suit an experienced warehouse operative looking to progress into a supervisory position, with the potential for future development into management. Rate of pay is dependent on experience, with a contributory pension scheme included.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Warehouse Manager in supervising and assisting warehouse staff during picking, packing and distribution operations.
  • Ensure stock control and location procedures are followed to maintain accurate inventory management.
