POSITION SUMMARY

• A warehouse supervisor is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and monitoring daily activity in a warehouse. They work with warehouse employees to monitor and record inventory of what goes in and out of a company's facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the safety of warehouse staff and promote a culture of safety throughout the warehouse.
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, including inventory management and accuracy.
