Warehouse Supervisor

Mywisehome Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Kamunting, Perak. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management and distribution of goods. This is a full-time role that plays a critical part in supporting the company's manufacturing, transport and logistics functions.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping goods
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand
• Oversee the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to enhance productivity and accuracy
• Monitor warehouse equipment and systems, arranging maintenance and repairs as needed
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
