Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Leading the department, managing training, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and delivery with minimal errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes and maintain SOPs.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• With retail / FMCG background
• Experience in omni-channel or e-commerce warehousing
