Warehouse Supervisor

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management

• Oversee receiving inspection of incoming shipments
• Support verification of purchasing invoice
• Ensure systematic storage & rotation of inventory respecting FIFO/FEFO
• Ensure cleanliness and overall warehouse maintenance

Delivery Management

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of picking list
• Ensure daily deliveries are out as per KPI measurements
• Route planning for delivery personnel and vehicles
• Ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicle

Team Management

• Ensure and enforce professional discipline with all reporting staff
• Recommend WSH solutions to address shortcomings in current processes
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification. Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry
• Possess valid Class 3 / 4 driving license
