Overview

• Overall in charge of Raw Material Store (RMS) & Finished Goods Store (FGS) activities.
• Ensure smooth operations of receiving, storage, and delivery of materials and goods.
• Ensure accuracy of RMS inventories and reports are updated.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and inventory records for materials and goods into ERP system.
• Analyze, solve problem and minimize stock discrepancies as well as maintenance of records for tracking and traceability.
• Update QMS/EMS procedures and work instructions as and when required.
• Raise ERF for raw material upon expiry.
• Liase with planner as well as production personnel on material issuing and make sure every lot issue on time.
• Liase with buyer on receiving matter and send Incoming Material Discrepancy Report to buyer when shortage is found.
• Inform shipping officer if damage found upon receiving.
