Warehouse Team Lead – Montreal

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support daily OTD goals by maintaining 24-hour turnaround of all outbound shipments (based on shipping instructions).
  • Manage overall inventory, including maintaining records, auditing, reporting, and control of stock.
  • Accountable and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring organized storage, accurate tracking, and efficient stock control.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Responsible for shipping activities and operations whenever business requires.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory using warehouse management systems.
  • Maintain timely turnaround of all RGA’s.
  • Communicate issues/delays/backorders to CSR’s/other departments as needed and in a timey manner.
  • Assist internal/external customer with shipment tracking/tracing, as needed.
  • Provide weekly “Pending Pick Up orders” list...
