Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for our client based in Ashford, a well-established organisation operating within a high-value warehouse environment, who are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to support and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
This role will involve assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with planning, organisation, and supervision of warehouse activities. During periods of absence or holiday cover, you will take responsibility for supervising the entire warehouse operation.
Salary: £31,900 per annum.
Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 one week and another 09:30 - 18:00
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of staff and space
Organise warehouse areas to maximise storage and operational efficiency
Ensure all warehouse procedures are followed, including Goods In, Goods Out, Quarantine, and documentation processes
