Warehouse Team Leader

Job Purpose Summary

• To provide an effective team leadership of the Warehouse distribution team.
• Maintain an adequate inspection service by implementing Quality control methods and ensure we meet the individual customer service level agreements.
• To ensure all paperwork is accurate and the orders are processed using the correct freight and loaded on the revelant courier vehicles with the correct documentation and manifest.
• To use metrics and kpi's to establish trends in errors made and investigate change for low risk to the company.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan daily workloads.
• Ensure that Inbound or Outbound are despatched / Checked correctly and meet customer or CMS SLAs.
• Ensure all documentation and labelling is correct on all deliveries to match pick note Or Delivery note and shipping information and customer or CMS SLAs.
