Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of warehouse assistants to achieve daily operational targets.

Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules (receiving, picking, packing, loading).

Conduct daily briefings to communicate priorities and performance expectations.

Ensure all team members follow company SOPs and safety rules.

Warehouse Operations

Oversee receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching processes.

Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.

Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.

Coordinate with other departments (QC, Admin, Transport, etc.) to resolve issues.

Inventory & Documentation

Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and labeling.

Assist in cycle counting and stock reconciliation.

Verify documentation accuracy (DO, GRN, packing list, etc.).

Report discrepancies, damages, or stock variances to the supervisor.
