HOLDAL Group is looking for a Team Leader
Role Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for assisting in the administration of the warehouse, as well as other warehouse operations such as stock control and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in supervising the warehouse in terms of administration and operation to ensure optimal service.
- Assist in supervising the proper organization of products in the warehouse as per the set guidelines.
- Control the container upon reception to ensure that a correct order has been received in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- Monitor the expiry date of all products in order to ensure the best quality for our clients.
- Manage, coach and motivate the team in order to lead them toward high performance.
Requirements:
- Technical Degree.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Logistics. Experience in a warehouse is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
