The Role

We're looking for a hands on Warehouse Team Leader to support day to day warehouse operations and lead a team to hit productivity, quality, and safety targets. You'll be working on the floor, motivating your team, and ensuring operations run smoothly during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives
  • Allocate daily tasks and manage workloads to meet KPIs
  • Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Monitor picking, packing, inbound, and outbound activity
  • Support training and onboarding of new starters
  • Address performance, attendance, and conduct issues
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and management
  • Maintain accuracy of stock, paperwork, and systems
