Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders
- Pull materials, pack boxes, place orders in delivery area
- Sort and place items on racks, shelves or in bins
- Open bales, crates and other containers
- Help with inventory control by recording amounts of items received or distributed using computer system
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- Wear the proper safety equipment
- Organize warehouse and work area
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good communication, organization, time management and basic mathematical skills
- Dependable and Reliable
- Inventory, equipment operator certification, data entry and computer skills may be required
