The following are the roles and responsibilities expected of the applicants applying for the position:
- To ensure the day to day operations of the integrated warehouse/factory
- To ensure the proper storage of materials that are stored in the warehouse
- To ensure the updating of the materials into the company system regularly and according to management requirements
- To lead the store team and logistic team of the company
- To ensure the proper documentation in receiving and issuing of materials from suppliers/fabricators
- Arrangements of daily logistic operations in order to meet the operational needs of the company
- The maintenance of the vehicle fleets in the company
- Any other duties that are related to the warehousing, maintenance and logistical needs of the company
The applicant should possess the following skills:
- Have experience in man-management
- To be highly organised
- To be able to converse and effectively write in English in order to fulfil the needs of the responsibilities of the position
