Key Responsibilities -------------------
1. Process customer warranty claims and communicate with customers regarding the status of
their claims.
2. Ensure that warranty claims are processed accurately and in a smelly manner.
3. Review and analyse warranty claims data to identify trends and opportunists for
improvement.
4. Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Customer Service and Technical
Support to resolve customer issues.
5. Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their claims and to address
any questions or concerns they may have.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and warranty claim details.
7. Provide excellent service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
and professionally
8. Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure that warranty claims are
processed efficiently and effectively.
