Work with global teams to achieve 100% output along with the expected quality standards.


Identify issues or concerns during claim processing and discuss them with the supervisor to improve claim control.


Access and review warranty claims in the system.


3 to 6 years of experience in an automobile dealership.


Hands-on experience in preparing vehicles and handling warranty and accessories claims.



Claims assessing across the globe for the assigned commodity

Capacity utilization of 100% for the assigned commodity

Maintain claim mix proportionate to intake in the respective commodity

Maintain quality of 98% for the assigned commodity

Identify concerns during assessment to discuss with Leads for further improvement in claim controls

Inputs to standardize the assessing steps / rules / practices / cost opportunities across the globe



Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Automobile Engg

3-6 years’ experience in Automobile dealership preferably experienced at warranty data processing.

Good communicator with good interpersonal skills, Technical diagnostic skills or Basic technical, Warranty background, Computer literacy, Flexibility

The ability to perform well within a team or on your own. Polite and a good communicator. To assist others within the team as and when required
