Warranty Writer 

Well-established and reputable RV dealership is currently looking for an experienced, Warranty Writer. The Warranty Writer oversees all activities concerned with warranty processing and promptly submits manufacturer and after-market warranty claims and the resulting collection of all warranty revenues. This position is important to the overall cash flow and profitability of the dealership and we need a detail-oriented candidate who can manage warranty processing effectively.   

Job Responsibilities

• Communicates with manufacturers on warranty claims 


• Assist in managing open work orders


• Assist in scrubbing work orders prior to submission 


• Estimate repair hours 


• Obtain manufacturer approval for each claim


• Follow up on claims to obtain prompt payment


• Invoice manufacturer for all authorized warranty...
