Responsibilities

  • Submit and administer warranty claims with all equipment manufacturers.
  • Greeting and dealing with customers from Service Reception.
  • Handle all after-sales extended warranty, notifying customers of machine warranty expiration.
  • Available for extra hours during peak seasons.
  • Communication, organization, and attention-to-detail are a must.
  • Mechanical skills are an asset.

Hours

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • Normal Hours: Monday–Friday
  • Saturday rotation may be required during busy seasons.
  • Overtime may be required during busy season.
