Warranty Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all warranty-related activities for our projects, including reviewing warranty terms and conditions, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with warranty requirements.

- Develop and maintain a warranty tracking system to monitor and document all warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of completed projects to identify any potential warranty issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop warranty plans and ensure they are integrated into project timelines and budgets.

- Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding warranty claims, repairs, and replacements, providing timely and accurate updates on the status of warranty issues.

- Analyze warranty data and provide reports to management on warranty performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in warranty management, and make recommendations for process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

- Strong understanding of warranty terms and conditions and experience managing warranty claims and repairs.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve warranty issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with warranty tracking systems.

- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to warranty management.
