Job Description
Responsible to manage and monitor current and new customers quality management systems in the organization to assure requirements and specifications.
+ Coordinate and review with work team, control plan, reaction plan, technical specification and quality critical features that must be accomplish by production area in product manufacturing.
+ Lead to multidisciplinary team to assure the permanent corrective actions in quality management systems and in customer sites due to warranty claims to assure the accomplish manufacturing product in production line and quality targets.
+ Lead equipment and process of manufacturing with statistical analysis, run line validation of permanent corrective actions due to Warranty claims with support of Manufacturing and Quality Engineer. Stomer Sites to answer on time due to Warranty Claims.
