Job Summary Responsible of placing warranty orders in the OEM portals, all orders need to be placed the same day the issue is reported from our internal customers. The warranty buyer needs to validate serial number of equipment's and process a detailed order with the supplier to ensure SLA’s. Places and expedites orders for products and materials. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Works with management and other associates to improve purchasing processes, policy, and procedures.
