**What will you do? Job Scope & Purpose
Handles warranty related activities including data input, processing, and maintenance of warranty databases. Aids customers by processing data, answering product and claims related questions. Collaborates with various operations teams to research and resolve issues. Processes payments against warranty claims and helps perform other day-to-day tasks.
**How will you do it? Essential Job Responsibilities**
- Approve claims with a value of up to $5k
- Or be able to process all extended warranties.
- Identify issues and communicate to warranty admin 3 or manager.
- Update warranty counter
- Perform various ad-hoc assignments.
**What we look for? Position Requirements**
- University degree completed and 1 year suggested minimum experience in the **customer service field.**
- Be proficient in excel, word, outlook and SAP (desirable)
