Waste Supervisor

We are looking for a Waste Supervisor to join our team in a pharma site in Kilkenny, Co Waterford

Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30

Job description:

• Supervise, mentor, and train a team of waste operatives, including managing work schedules, rotas, and performance reviews
• Coordinate all daily waste management activities
• Ensure all waste operations strictly comply with Apleona H&S policies and relevant environmental legislation
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all waste disposal activities
• Oversee the safe operation, maintenance, and basic repair of all waste machinery
• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure high standards of service delivery and address any issues promptly.
